- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Business information: company name, DOT/MC numbers, and insurance documentation
- Driver information: name, mobile phone number, vehicle details, and onboarding documents
- Service records: dispatch assignments, delivery confirmations, route data, and GPS tracking data from company-owned vehicles
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our courier and logistics services
- Dispatch and coordinate deliveries with our driver network
- Communicate with drivers about job assignments, pickup times, route details, and dispatch updates
- Process payments and settlement records
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA for medical logistics
- Respond to your requests and inquiries
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you are an independent contractor driver and have opted in to receive text messages from OnDemand Prime, the following applies:
- We send text messages related to job assignments, pickup times, route details, and dispatch updates only
- No marketing or promotional messages are sent
- Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
- You may request help by replying HELP to any message or by calling 1-844-877-4631
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of contracting with OnDemand Prime
Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Drivers opt in using the Driver SMS Consent form.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With our clients as necessary to perform contracted courier and logistics services
- With service providers who assist our operations, such as GPS tracking and fleet management platforms, subject to confidentiality obligations
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
- To protect the rights, safety, and property of OnDemand Prime, our drivers, our clients, or the public
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel who require it to perform their duties.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Driver onboarding records, including SMS consent forms, are retained for the duration of the contractor relationship and for a reasonable period after.

HIPAA Compliance
OnDemand Prime handles medical logistics, including blood and biological specimen transportation for healthcare organizations. We maintain HIPAA compliance for all protected health information (PHI) encountered during these services. Driver and dispatch communications related to medical logistics follow HIPAA-compliant handling procedures.
