OnDemand Prime is operated by Bujify Enterprises LLC. References to "OnDemand Prime," "we," "us" or "our" in these terms mean Bujify Enterprises LLC operating as OnDemand Prime.

What we provide.

OnDemand Prime provides managed-dispatch courier, 26' box truck freight, and dedicated transportation services across LA Metro, Orange County, the Inland Empire and San Diego, with regional freight lanes out of Southern California. Specific pricing, pickup and delivery windows are confirmed by dispatch at the time of booking and are not guaranteed by any general statement on this website.

How a delivery is booked and priced.

A delivery request is confirmed when dispatch accepts it and provides a quote. Pricing depends on distance, urgency, vehicle and handling requirements and is confirmed before a driver is dispatched. Changes to pickup location, drop-off location, or handling requirements after a quote is given may result in a revised quote.

What we need from you.

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information, including any special handling requirements
• Package items appropriately for transport, or disclose handling needs so we can package appropriately
• Ensure a recipient is available to sign for delivery where signature confirmation is required
• Disclose if a shipment contains hazardous, illegal or prohibited materials — we do not transport these

Insurance and limits.

OnDemand Prime is fully insured. Specific coverage terms and limits are not published on this website and are addressed directly with dispatch or through a certificate of insurance provided on request. Nothing in these terms is intended to expand or limit statutory obligations that apply to common or contract carriers under applicable law.

Using this website.

This website and its content are provided for the purpose of describing our services and allowing you to request a delivery. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt its operation or submitting false information through the quote form.
