• Producing chain-of-custody and proof-of-delivery documentation for your delivery

Delivery details (such as a pickup address and recipient name) are shared only with the driver and dispatch personnel assigned to your delivery, and with any service provider we use to operate this website or our dispatch systems. How we use your mobile number.

If you opt in to text messages from OnDemand Prime, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your job assignments and dispatch updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
